Gourmet Anti-Inflammatory Cooking: learn how to cook gourmet indulgence every day even while eating gluten free dairy free, and low sugar …. (Or any other food shifts your body needs right now).

Special workshop/ lunch discussion: are inflammatory foods effecting your health? the why and how of the autoimmune protocol.

 

Healthy Cooking with Kids (and any other picky eaters in your life!)

We will take your kids favorite foods and turn them into healthier gourmet versions that better fit with your values. Includes time in the garden for harvesting the food we will cook. This can be a parent-kid activity or just a parent gathering, your choice!

Special workshop – Farm to table lunch discussion on shifting kids eating behaviors without causing food disorders or food fights, plus we will try out some yoga/movement and mindful eating activities that you can do with the kiddos!

 

Homestead Cooking – A focus on DIY self sufficiency and gourmet slow food that utilizes the seasonal harvest. Menu focus can be customized to your interests and the season. Includes time in the garden for harvesting the food we will cook.

Special workshop: The Values Diet – the best way to finally stick to your intentions of healthy eating or losing  weight is to get clear on your values through writing a manifesto so eating becomes not just about just what you look like or even how healthy you are but also about what you are standing for in the world.
