Win a Free FARMSTAY at The Chittle Homestead!

Hi there! In honor of our Tiny House Kickstarter Campaign kicking off in 1 month (May 2016), we want to give away some free Farmstay Bed & Breakfast weekends at our homestead.

Here’s a sneak peak of what we are creating for you…

(Read about all our Farmstay options here.)

You choose how you want to participate in The Farmstay Giveaway!

Throughout the month of April we will be announcing various ways you can get additional virtual raffle tickets by helping us spread the word about The Chittle Homestead Farmstay.

The more involved you get in being a “barnraiser” for all that we are creating at The Chittle Homestead, the more virtual raffle tickets you get thrown in the hat and the more opportunities you get to win.

Not only will you maybe win an awesome vacation in a beautifully designed tiny house on a beautifully sustainable homestead in the beautiful Pacific NW, but you will also be a part of creating a space where Bold Life Projects happen

…a place where connecting and brainstorming happen around long farm tables of fresh picked food, crafting weekends end with homestead-inspired cocktails and gourmet s’mores around a campfire, and creative life design sessions for individuals, partnerships, and families are inspired by the farm and sea and a family who stands for you living by YOUR values.

So if you believe in sustainable living, real food, farm tables, DIY, community connection, creativity, bold living, grassroots entrepreneurship, happy families, mamas having a voice in the world, and the movement to do life, business, and parenting differently, JOIN US from the beginning and become a part of all that The Chittle Homestead is becoming!

At the end of April, we will draw a Farmstay Giveaway winner at random from our “virtual hat” of raffle tickets … so start getting your tickets entered today!

Here’s how you can enter the contest and get your first 4 virtual raffle tickets:

Step 1:

Sign up for The Farmstay Giveaway (this is required for giveaway entry because it is how we will let you know of ways you can get additional virtual raffle tickets to increase your odds of winning!)

Step 2:

Choose which actions you want to take to earn raffle tickets (choose one or do them all!):

Raffle ticket #1:

Like The Chittle Homestead on Facebook

Raffle ticket #2:

Follow @tessachittle on Instagram

Raffle ticket # 3:

Follow @thefarmstay on Pinterest

Raffle ticket #4+:

Share this page ( with your favorite communities… 1 raffle ticket per platform that you tag us on (Instagram @tessachittle, Facebook @thechittlehomestead or @tessagrahamchittle, Pinterest @thefarmstay, or copy us at on emails you send out!)

More ways to win additional raffle tickets will be sent out throughout the month of April to those signed up for The Giveaway so keep your eyes out!

And yes, I am tracking it all in a spreadsheet because in my past life I was an Excel spreadsheet nerd!

Another way to win, which is NOT random…

In addition to our random winner pulled from a hat (chances to win increased by each barnraiser action you take!), we also will be inviting the top 5 “barnraisers” (people we subjectively select who we really see taking a stand with us and spreading the word about what we are up to) to a small intimate “Collaboration & Connection” retreat at The Homestead…for free. This is not based on luck or how big your list is…it is based on the passion you show for what we are up to… because we want to deeply honor those who really jump into this project with us.

{Side Note} We aren’t famous people with a million followers yet. The negative side of this is it’s not as easy to get the word out about cool things we are up to (that’s why we need your help!). But as lovers of tiny houses and all things small, we choose to focus on the positive side of our smallness…

#1 If you take on this little challenge with us, you have a pretty good chance of winning unlike some of the impossibly large giveaway pools out there.

#2 In joining us, we become friends because you are not just 1 in a million people tagging us….you are an important part of creating The Chittle Homestead with us which means you will be on our mind for future collaborations, workshops, retreats, guest teaching, etc.

So let’s have fun and connect, and get to know eachother through this little grassroots entrepreneurship challenge and see if we can buck the system of bigger is better, shall we? I look forward to getting to know and supporting you and your work too!

Remember! Make sure you are signed up for The Farmstay Giveaway above (and confirm your email via the link sent to you) so we can notify you of additional ways to get more virtual raffle tickets and support this project!

We are doing this all grassroots style so if you got an idea for a way to spread the word about our Kickstarter Campaign email us at for extra barnraiser brownie points 🙂

The fine print…

The winner of the Farmstay Giveaway receives 2 nights at The Homestead in Gig Harbor Wa. for up to 5 people who want to share space. If we raise our full Kickstarter amount, the tiny home will be built no later than Spring 2017 (help us spread the word so you can come try out luxury tiny living!). If the winner wants to visit before then or if the full amount is not raised to build the tiny home, we have other accommodation options at the Homestead. The prize must be redeemed within 3 years.

By the way, if you are not yet sure if you even want to win a Farmstay, follow along this month with our Instagram/Facebook series 50 Reasons You Want to Book Your Farmstay at The Chittle Homestead (#thefarmstay on instagram, @thechittlehomestead on facebook).

I think maybe, just maybe, you might want to win this 🙂
