The Gourmet {anti-inflammatory} Holiday Meal…. A Cooking Class

Saturday November 4th, 10am – 3pm

Let’s gather together to cook and eat an indulgent gourmet holiday meal…that just so happens to also be gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar free! Whether you are trying to eat healthy or lose weight, have been diagnosed with a health condition, or are experiencing annoying health symptoms in your daily life, inflammatory foods may be getting in the way of your goals. As we head into the holiday season, learn how to eat more gourmet than ever while still meeting the needs of your body and the values you hold dear to your heart. With these recipes,  your holiday meals will be magazine-worthy and your family will never know you are introducing them to a healthier way of eating as they scarf down holiday favorites!

Special workshop/ lunch discussions…

Lacey Chittle, Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Functional Medicine Specialist: Are inflammatory foods effecting your health? The why and how of anti-inflammatory living.

Tessa Chittle, Revolutionary Life/Health/Business Strategist: The Values Diet – Serving your body and the world through the way you eat {without guilty binges, deprivation, or sacrifice of your gourmet foodie instincts}
